Her Story

From Personal Practice to Purposeful Teaching.

Sara’s journey as a yoga teacher began in 2011 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where she discovered her passion for sharing the transformative practice of yoga with others.

During those early years, she dedicated herself to understanding not only the physical practice of yoga, but also its deeper impact on mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

After returning to Lebanon, Sara continued expanding her teaching path and has been actively guiding students through their yoga practice ever since. Since 2021, she has been teaching at Maison Usha, where she helps students develop strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and inner awareness through consistent practice.

More recently, she has also been teaching at Healates, continuing to share her experience with a growing community of practitioners.
